THAI have local mechanics and rotated engineers for rendering many kind of aircraft and approved by national authority approval. The major approval is as follows;

In Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport, THAI has the specialist of customer’s aircraft and procedure. There are 4 shifts cover 24 hours. In each shift, there are more than 50 mechanics which will be separated between REI mechanic (Radio Electronic Instrument) and A & P mechanic (Aircraft Power Plant).

All mechanics already passed the basis aircraft maintenance and in-flight entertainment training according to the standard aviation required. Moreover, in each shift, there will be 1 customer coordinator and 1 manager to response and contact with our customers. The office of our customer group will be located at concourse F2 in ramp side.
